From caulking sidewalk joints to hot tar sealing streets or large parking lots, our crews have years of experience to finish off your project, and all employees are OSHA certified.
HOT TAR SEALING
We can “tip-in” tar on new pavement joints, or we can use the “v-squeegee” method for maintenance projects that include construction joints, but also random cracking. We have completed several years of joint sealing for annual maintenance and slab replacement programs for more than 15 municipalities across the area. We can joint and crack seal for new paves or help with escrow releases. We are MoDOT certified and can seal any MoDOT paving project.
CAULK SEALING
We can provide maintenance or new installation of pavement and sidewalk joints with polyurethane or silicone caulk. We have a wide variety of colors to choose from to ensure that perfect finish to any project. Previous customers/projects include Spirit Airport, Washington Airport, Walmart, Sam’s Club, QT, and CertainTeed.
EXPANSION JOINTS / A2 JOINTS
We provide A2 joint installation in street pavement. This specific type of joint is a 2”-wide full-depth expansion joint that helps control movement in street slabs. Commonly known as “street creep,” this movement is a process where pavement pushes against driveways and foundations. The A2 Joint provides additional joint space for the slabs to move without invading on personal property.
